The questions that make a product good haven't changed. What is the user trying to do? What does the data actually say? What breaks under load? AI is a powerful new way to answer them — but it doesn't replace the asking.
We've watched a generation of teams rush to bolt chatbots onto products and call it innovation. We're more interested in the quieter work: finding the moments where AI genuinely belongs, designing them into the product, and engineering them to hold up.
